pt4115 华润矽威原装led驱动芯片 深圳优质代理商

pt4115是一款连续电感电流导通模式的降压恒流源，用于驱动一颗或多颗串联led。pt4115 输入电压范围从6 伏到30 伏，输出电流可调，最大可达1.2 安。根据不同的输入电压和外部器件，pt4115 可以驱动高达数十瓦的led。pt4115 内置功率开关，采用高端电流采样设置led平均电流，并通过dim引脚可以接受模拟调光和很宽范围的pwm调光。当dim的电压低于0.3伏时，功率开关关断，pt4115进入极低工作电流的待机状态。
pt4115 采用sot89-5 封装和esop8 封装。
